Rooms · The launch version

One next step, said out loud, and checked on its date.

Three people use it

01

The participant writes one step with a date and reads it to the group.

02

The host makes each step sharp, then asks about it on the date.

03

The program director, who pays, gets a count of what happened.

Sold to programs in their last month. Participants leave with a "next steps" slide and scatter; nobody asks what happened. This is one session, one message on each person's date, and one closing call. The program gets a count it can report.

Session
60 minutes · 6 to 12 people
Date check
One message on each person's date
Closing call

01Try it

Tap through it as each of the three.

9:41●●●
The screen that matters

Writing the step. Three checks tick as the person types: someone else will notice it, it needs no permission, it has a date. "Read it aloud" stays off until all three pass.

The only follow-up

On each person's date: done, not yet, or changed it, and what came back. "Changed it" counts as a result.

What the buyer gets

Attempts made by the date, responses received, who asked for another round. Counts only, no names.

IllustrativeThe program, participants and figures in the prototype are invented to show the flow.
02Every screen

Seven screens.

03Cut for now

What waits until the first count exists

Each of these comes back only if the first rooms show it's needed.

  • The daily lineOffered on paper, optional. We record who uses it.
  • Weekly meetingsTest whether two touchpoints are enough first.
  • The WallThe read-aloud moment does its job for now.
  • Host trainingAfter host-run rooms match founder-run rooms.
  • Share cards and the sponsor dashboardAfter there is something to share.

05Who buys it

The program director whose cohort is ending.

They already have the people, a date when the group scatters, and a closing report to write. The count fills the line they can't fill today: how many did their next step.

  • Cohort of 8 to 25 with a final session
  • A closing report, renewal or evaluation due
  • A budget line, and another cohort next term
